Magnet Events is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, 3D Designer for Exhibitions & Events to join our team. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to a creative and fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you.

We specialize in designing exhibition stalls and managing high-impact corporate events across the globe. This role is key to helping us expand our client base and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative and visually compelling 3D exhibition booths and event spaces.

- Translate creative briefs, floor plans, and brand guidelines into immersive 3D visuals and experiences.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure design feasibility, budget alignment, and timely execution.

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for presentations and approvals.

- Incorporate functional and aesthetic elements into design layouts while considering space planning and event logistics.

- Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining design quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a 3D Designer in the exhibition stand and event industry (mandatory).

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 

- Proficiency in Keyline Drawing and 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, SketchUp.

- Skilled in rendering tools like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.

- Proficiency in graphic software including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to bring ideas to life in a real-world event context.

- Understanding of event planning and basic project management principles.

- Ability to independently manage projects, timelines, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
