3-4 Years Experienced Project Manager in Real Estate | Athene Contruction, Coimbatore

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgeting, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead site operations, resolve on-ground challenges, and maintain work quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in project management within reputed construction companies
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or infrastructure projects
• PMP certification is a plus
• Fluency in English and regional language (if applicable)
