Role Overview:

2D Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D artwork, illustrations, and assets for animation, games, or advertising projects.
• Develop concept art, character designs, backgrounds, and visual assets based on briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across projects.
• Adapt designs to various formats and platforms as required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project quality.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of artwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2D Artist or Illustrator, preferably in a studio environment.
• Strong skills in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, perspective, and anatomy.
• Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling artwork.
• Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D artwork, including character designs, backgrounds, and illustrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation pipelines or knowledge of motion graphics.
• Familiarity with 3D software (optional but a plus).
• Understanding of storytelling, visual narrative, and design for various media.
