2025 Graduate Program

The AIIB Graduate Program is a prestigious two-year rotational opportunity designed to attract and nurture exceptional talents at the early stages of their careers, with the aim of supporting AIIB's mission. As a participant in this program, you will play a vital role in international development and sustainable infrastructure investment, all while advancing your own career within AIIB and contributing to the growth and sustainability of Asia. This program offers six distinct streams, namely Investment, Finance, Risk Management, Strategy, Corporate, and Environmental and Social. As an Investment Stream analyst, you will gain valuable experience in identifying, preparing, and monitoring investment projects for both public and private sector clients. Finance Stream analysts will collaborate closely with the Treasury and Controllers offices to deepen their understanding of treasury, finance processes, and accounting practices. Risk Management Stream analysts will focus on monitoring and analyzing risk factors that impact current and future potential risks within the organization. In the Strategy Stream, you will be involved in the development and execution of AIIB's corporate and sector strategies. Corporate Stream analysts will gain exposure to stakeholder management, protocol, and development communications by rotating within the Corporate Secretariat and Communications Department. Environmental and Social Stream analysts will focus on applying environmental, social, and climate provisions at an operational level, participating in private sector and sovereign finance operations, and conducting research under the guidance of senior specialists. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to develop professional skills and expertise through hands-on experience with industry experts at AIIB. By engaging with clients in Asia's public and private sectors, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the region's infrastructure development and financing challenges. The rotations will also provide training, mentoring, career guidance, and development opportunities to support your professional growth within AIIB. To be eligible for this program, you should hold a Master's degree with one to two years of relevant working experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two to three years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential, and you must meet the specific criteria for the positions within each department.,
