The Information Technology Department (ITD) provides technical services in the areas of digital services, IT-related procurement, cybersecurity, IT risk and resilience, data management, digital learning, and digital transformation, ensuring their overall alignment with the Bank’s needs and priorities. The team oversees the development and refinement of the IT strategy as well as the effective management of technology resources and the provision of technical support across Bank operations. These efforts are critical to fostering a digital and data-driven culture within the Bank aligned with its Corporate Strategy, promoting the innovation of digital infrastructures, and ensuring the smooth operation and security of daily banking functions. The Digital Program Specialist – Enterprise Applications is responsible for the end-to-end management of selected enterprise applications and digital initiatives. The Specialist leads the design, delivery, and optimization of business applications to drive operational efficiency, support digital strategies, and enhance user experience across the Bank. The role requires strong program and project management skills, a sound understanding of business processes, and the ability to work across technical and business teams. The incumbent will report to the Head of Unit. The Unit designs, delivers and maintain a set of enterprise applications and solutions, which is based on wide range of technologies, including SAP, Microsoft, etc. The role will work collaboratively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT functions. Responsibilities: Solution Design - Engage with business stakeholders, design and implement tailored application solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs and Bank standards. Project Management - Take project management responsibilities for IT projects as assigned (e.g., official website, internal workflow management solutions, KYC system, CRM), ensuring the application solutions meet strategic business needs, align with organizational priorities, and are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Application Ownership - Act as liaison between IT and business owners for assigned applications, managing requests and priorities within the agreed governance model. Maintenance and Operations (Enhancement and BAU) – Ensure ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and support of enterprise applications to meet service level agreements (SLA) with business stakeholders, performance and security requirements. Compliance and Security Support – Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., audit requirements, COSO) and proactively address risks and vulnerabilities in collaboration with various teams, audit, ICFR, IT Security and Risk teams etc. Solution Optimization – Proactively identify improvement opportunities, enhance user experience, improve business value by leveraging data, user feedback, and the development of technologies. Reporting and Escalation - Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and technical issues on assigned projects. Reporting regularly and efficiently on progress of projects/change initiatives to Head of Unit and whenever required Head of Department. Contribute to an efficient and professional communication and effective reporting of the unit’s activities towards clients, preparing audience-appropriate internal and external communications and reports.
