Job Description

Relationship Manager

  • Act as the primary point of contact for

    paid customers

    of NoBroker.
  • Build and maintain

    sustainable relationships

    and trust with customer accounts via open, interactive communication.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to offer relevant product or service solutions. This may include upselling or cross-selling.
  • Help customers find suitable property (tenant / house) per their requirement.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls to/from customers and leads.
  • Use internal tools, processes, and systems to manage accounts, track leads, communicate progress, etc.
  • Negotiate with leads or on behalf of customers (e.g. rent, services, pricing) to close/facilitate deals.
  • Keep customers updated on status of their accounts or ongoing transactions.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service going the extra mile.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduation degree (BBA, B.E/B.Tech, BA etc.). Sometimes freshers are accepted.
  • Good verbal & written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, decision-making, numerical & analytical ability.
  • Language skills: English & Hindi are usually mandatory. Knowledge of local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, etc.) may be a plus depending on location.
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (MS Office Excel, Word etc.).
  • Work shift flexibility: often day shift but with login times that may vary (e.g. 8 AM-10 PM). Also working 6 days a week is common.
