Position Overview:

Role Description

Our Accelerator Internship program will equip you with exposure to our 3 key areas of focus,, namely:, Acquisitions, Sales, and Operations. You will rotate between these three departments during the internship.

Working together with our Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for:

·      Creating sales and marketing material that speaks to our client needs.

·      Event-specific research and blog writing, with blogs being shared on our company website.

·      Developing organisation strategies with our COO.

·      A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship.

Working together with our Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

·      Researching and assessing potential acquisition prospectives.

·      Researching and assessing acquisition information.

·      Join as a 2^nd chair to procurement calls along with our Commercial Director and get exposure to real life procurement interactions.

·      Developing acquisition and procurement strategies with our Commercial Director.

·      A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship.

Working together with our Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and assessing potential leads.
• Join as a 2^nd chair to client calls along with our Commercial Manager to get exposure to real life client interactions.
• Developing sales strategies covering cold calls and sales tools with our Commercial Manager.

A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship.

Requirements:

• Business English proficiency
• Have completed at least 2^nd year of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, or a management-related course;
• Have own laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Have an inverter to ensure Wi-Fi capability is unaffected by the loadshedding schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of digital platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Google Maps
• Good copywriting skills
• Effective use of AI/GPT tools
