▪︎ 業務プロセスの分析と改善提案

▪︎ Analyze business processes and propose improvements

▪︎ KPIや業務データの収集・可視化・レポート作成

▪︎ Collect, visualize, and report on KPIs and operational data

▪︎ 各部門との連携によるオペレーション支援

▪︎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations

▪︎ 業務改善プロジェクトの推進・実行

▪︎ Lead and execute operational improvement projects

▪︎ データに基づいた意思決定支援

▪︎ Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making

▪︎ データ分析の基礎スキル（Excel, SQLなど）

▪︎ Basic data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, etc.)

▪︎ プロセス改善や業務効率化の経験（尚可）

▪︎ Experience in process improvement or operational efficiency (preferred)

▪︎ 論理的思考力と課題解決能力

▪︎ Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

▪︎ コミュニケーション能力・調整力

▪︎ Strong communication and coordination skills

▪︎ 自律的にリモートで業務を遂行できる能力

▪︎ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

▪︎ 日本語ビジネスレベル（英語力あれば尚可）

▪︎ Business-level Japanese; English proficiency a plus

▪︎ 日本国内での就労資格を有すること

▪︎ Must have legal work authorization in Japan

▪︎ 日本国内フルリモート勤務
