What You'll Do:

• Drive sales growth through 

  lead generation

  cold outreach

  , and proactive client engagement.
• Build and maintain 

  long-term relationships

   with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop 

  sales strategies

  market trends

  , and analyze competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with 

  production

   and 

  technical teams

   to deliver top-tier customer experience.
• Prepare and present 

  sales reports

  , and represent the company at 

  industry exhibitions

  .

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in 

  B2B sales

   within 

  mechanical engineering

   or industrial equipment.
• Understanding of 

  manufacturing processes

   and 

  tooling

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  CRM systems

  , reporting tools, and 

  market analysis

  .
• A 

  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

   is highly preferred.
