📌 Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales (Healthcare)

📌 Experience: 6 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 – 2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 (𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞/𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝)

📌 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝)

⭐ 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller / Patient Care Executive to handle enquiries for:

• Circumcision

• Kidney stone treatment (URS/PCNL/RIRS)

• Other urology procedures

You will be responsible for calling leads, counselling patients, booking consultations, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

⭐ Key Responsibilities:

👉 1. Lead Calling & Conversion

• Call leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads

• Explain procedure options (laser/stapler, URS/PCNL)

• Share pricing and appointment details

• Convert enquiries into clinic visits / consultations

👉 2. Patient Counselling

• Understand patient problem calmly

• Guide them with empathy

• Help them choose the right procedure

• Explain benefits, recovery, insurance options

• Maintain a friendly and reassuring tone

👉 3. Follow-Up

• Maintain daily follow-up tracker

• Call warm leads 2–3 times/day

• Ensure patients reach clinic on time

• Follow up with patients after consultation

👉 4. Coordination

• Coordinate with doctor and clinic staff

• Schedule procedures

• Help with insurance document collection

• Update CRM/Excel sheets regularly

⭐ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in Hindi (English basic OK)

• Strong persuasion and soft selling skills

• Comfortable calling 80–120 leads/day

• Experience with medical/insurance/sales calls preferred

• Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp / Google Sheets

• Calm, polite, and patient-friendly attitude
