Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Zuora CPQ to meet business needs for quoting and pricing. Work with sales and finance teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Manage product catalogs, pricing rules, and discount workflows in Zuora CPQ. Integrate Zuora CPQ with other systems like Salesforce CRM. Write and test custom scripts, workflows, and validation rules. Troubleshoot and fix issues in the CPQ system. Support system upgrades and new feature implementations. Document processes and provide training or support to users. Required Skills and Experience: 38 years of experience in Zuora CPQ or similar quoting tools. Good understanding of subscription billing and quote-to-cash processes. Experience with Salesforce and integrating it with Zuora CPQ. Basic knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and scripting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for working with both technical and business teams. Nice to Have: Experience with Zuora Billing or Zuora Revenue. Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning). Familiarity with Agile development methods. Zuora certification is a plus.
