Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the entire West region in FMCG. As a ZSM, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies to drive growth, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of sales professionals. This role is located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Experience in FMCG industry and work experience of the West region market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales management
