Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the security of organization's infrastructure, including troubleshooting, implementing security measures, and monitoring for vulnerabilities
• Involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Handle security incidents, including investigating breaches, analyzing logs, and taking action to contain and resolve the issue.
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activity and analyze logs to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments on security-related projects, and communicate findings and recommendations.

• Providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure Zscaler's security solutions are functioning optimally.
• Actively learn and stay current with Zscaler technologies and best practices
• Providing technical support for Zscaler products like ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and ZDX, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
• Overseeing and driving the successful implementation and management of GCP solutions
• Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), ensuring they are optimized for threat detection and prevention, and staying current with the latest security threats
• Monitoring Splunk performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing searches and reports.
