Role : Zscaler Support

Desired Experience Range: 5 to 7years

Location: Mumbai

  • Proven experience in supporting and administering proxy servers in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of proxy technologies, protocols, and best practices, including HTTP, HTTPS, SSL decryption, and content filtering.
  • Experience with proxy management tools and utilities for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex proxy-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest developments in proxy technologies and security trends.

Skill Set Required:

  • Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
