Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations, from order processing to final closure.
Supervise and guide teams to maintain operational stability and achieve high productivity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with city teams to oversee and control operational activities across the zone.
Maintain a high level of On-Time Delivery (OTD) through effective route planning.
Develop and maintain operational reports, sharing them with relevant teams as required.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges.
