Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environmentWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who would be accountable for profitable business growth across all accounts based and will be responsible for the Modern Trade market. He/she will be working closely with all account managers, customer marketing managers and sales team to meet objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the zone meets or exceeds sales goalsManage and support Area and Zonal Sales Managers and their teams within the assigned region to achieve sales targets Create and implement effective sales strategies for the zoneMonitor market trends and competitor activities in the zoneMaintain strong relationships with major clients and stakeholdersProvide training and development for Area Sales Manager teams to enhance their performance and increase salesRegularly review and analyse sales performance of the Area Sales Managers and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager Address and resolve any sales or client issues in the zone
REQUIREMENTS
Significant 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, especially in the FMCG sectorGood leadership and excellent team management abilitiesA degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferredGood native communication skills of the respective region Ability to build and maintain good relationships with key clients to increase salesGood understanding of market trends and competitor activitiesAbility to develop and implement effective sales strategiesExcellent organizational and time management skills
