Job Summary

The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and dealer networks, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned zone. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and experience in the electronics or home appliance industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

* Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail network within the zone.

* Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to improve revenue.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.

* Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective product promotion.

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

* Ensure timely collections, stock management, and order processing.

* Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

* Support channel partners with training, product knowledge, and sales materials.

* Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

* 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in *electronics, home appliances, or consumer durable* industry.

* Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor management.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Ability to travel extensively within the zone.
