Job Summary

Southfield Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Sanford) is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across South Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distributor and dealer networks, and achieving zonal sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and prior experience within the electronics, home appliances, or consumer durables industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to meet monthly and annual business targets.
  • Manage, strengthen, and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail network within the zone.
  • Monitor sales performance and initiate corrective actions to improve revenue and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for effective product promotion and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collections, efficient stock management, and accurate order processing.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and business insights to management.
  • Provide channel partners with product training, sales tools, and required support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, home appliances, or consumer durables.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, distributor management, and retail dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
