Job Description

Job Responsibility-

Basic accounting knowledge

  • Having good knowledge of GST principles & filing of GST Returns.
  • Ensuring the Implementation of company Distribution SOPs and supply policies laid down by the HO at the branches under them.
  • Close Co-ordination with the HO @ Delhi to manage day to day issues at the branches including supply chain, customer / stockist grievances, Transporter Rates and service issues etc.
  • Sending of MIS report to the HO & answering its related queries.
  • Manage and overall supervision of all daily activities of the Branches Depot s under them ensuring there is no service issue at these branches .
  • Handle and look after all the statutory compliances of Drug & food Regulatory authorities, shop establishment act, labour, weights and measures etc.
  • Well Versed and experienced in managing distribution of pharmaceutical goods and supply chain activities .with demonstrated experience in heading a Pharmaceutical Branch /Depot/ CFA of a company having about 5-10 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and must have worked on SAP HANA.

# Managing all below activities in the Branch where they will be stationed and the Branches under their Zone.

  • Monitor daily Orders / Dispatches/ payment/ Stockist claims etc.
  • Following up with transporter/ courier to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensuring all payment collections are deposited to the bank on time and their reconciliation.
  • Look after all SAP related invoicing work.
  • Interaction & providing feedback to the Sales force of Principal company on phone/e-mail etc. and solving their supply related issues.
  • Negotiating contracts with transporters to maximize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Look after quarantine & settlement of claims of stockists of expiry & breakage and the related destruction process.
  • Look after cheque bounce Cases, and recovery process and other legal matters at the branches under them.
  • Ensuring timely delivery to stockist and to other customers by appointing carting agents and other efficient delivery mechanisms.
  • Follow up with parties regarding outstanding payments.
  • To have a travel plan in place and shall have to extensively travel regularly branches under them, resolve their issues and check all housekeeping, upkeep and check if all the above activities are being done efficiently at the branches and SOP is being followed.
