Zonal Manager - Rest of Maharashtra & Goa

Role Overview: As a Zonal Sales Manager for Yale Retail at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be to deliver revenue targets for the Yale Retail business within the Pune zone. You will need to review and enhance the performance of the current distribution network, identify and onboard new channel partners, lead demand generation initiatives, and maintain consistent pricing in the market. Building strong relationships with key influencers and staying updated on competitor activities will also be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver revenue targets for the Yale Retail business in the assigned zone. - Review and enhance the performance of the current distribution network. - Identify and onboard new channel partners to improve market coverage. - Lead demand generation initiatives through structured activations and strategic product placements. - Drive distributor secondary sales, monitor stock levels, and ensure consistent pricing. - Design and implement trade promotional schemes and track their effectiveness. - Build strong relationships with key influencers and conduct regular product training activities. - Stay vigilant on competitor activities and market trends to provide timely intelligence for strategy development. Qualification Required: - MBA or Postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing. - 5-8 years of relevant experience in the building material industry (Hardware, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Paints, etc.). - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
