Zonal Lead VRM (North & South) | Retail Sales

Drive sales across products by engaging distributors in the VRM channel
Recommend channel-specific strategies to the National Head to meet business goals
Roll out sales strategies and track market share, gross sales, AUM, and channel targets
Expand distributor base; activate inactive IFAs and dormant MFD relationships
Segment distributors and deploy customized engagement strategies
Collaborate with BD team to share market feedback and execute action plans
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, AMFI certifications, and sales portal updates
Provide continuous guidance, feedback, and capability development for team members
