Job Description

The Zonal In-charge will be responsible for overall operations and customer care activities relating to the Operations Department while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of Service Engineers/Technicians, Trainers, and support staff to deliver high-quality services.

Required skills & competencies:

Strong knowledge of hardware systems, technical troubleshooting, and field service operations.
Familiarity with CRM/service management tools, inventory systems, and SLA tracking.
Basic understanding of networking, application testing, and software version validation.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring service teams.
Exposure to project management practices, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ability to manage team performance, project timelines, and service quality.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination with R&D, IT, and vendor teams.
Capable of managing client relationships, handling escalations, and delivering presentations or trainings.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset for root cause analysis and performance review.
Experience in reviewing RFPs/tenders and ensuring deliverable compliance.
Proven experience in service sector preferably in Electronics.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
Should be fluent in Hindi and English and should have good written communication skills.
