Zonal Head Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership

    : Lead and drive sales efforts within the assigned zone, with a primary focus on sourcing and closing

    Two-Wheeler (TW)

    loan cases.
  • Team Management

    : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
  • Business Development

    : Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales volume in the TW segment.
  • Performance Monitoring

    : Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
  • Relationship Management

    : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, partners, and customers.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in sourcing and closing

    Two-Wheeler (TW)

    cases.
  • Proven

    team handling capabilities

    and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience with leading

    NBFCs or Banks

    in the

    Two-Wheeler (TW) segment

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales targets and manage a diverse team.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
