Zonal Head Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership
: Lead and drive sales efforts within the assigned zone, with a primary focus on sourcing and closing
Two-Wheeler (TW)
loan cases.
Team Management
: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
Business Development
: Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and increase sales volume in the TW segment.
Performance Monitoring
: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
Relationship Management
: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, partners, and customers.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in sourcing and closing
Two-Wheeler (TW)
cases.
Proven
team handling capabilities
and leadership skills.
Prior experience with leading
NBFCs or Banks
in the
Two-Wheeler (TW) segment
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive sales targets and manage a diverse team.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
