Zonal Business Manager - Key Accounts, Medical Consumables

As the Zonal Business Manager at Poly Medicure Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned geography. With a focus on the Vascular Access business unit, you will lead a team of 25+ reportees to achieve sales targets and enhance customer relationships. Your role will involve devising dealer management strategies, sales forecasts, and development plans to ensure the successful execution of yearly objectives. You will be tasked with expanding the customer base by developing new key accounts and managing key opinion leaders in the region. In addition, you will be required to oversee inventory control measures to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and ensure timely billing and collection processes. Your expertise in sales and marketing within the medical consumables industry, particularly in the areas of Infusion, Vascular, and critical care products, will be essential to drive success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in people management, sales management, channel management, and key account management. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
