Zonal Business Manager - Forex

As a Zonal Business Manager - Forex for Karnataka at Muthoot FinCorp Limited, your role will involve managing and supervising the forex operations within your region. You will be responsible for achieving the Region FX Revenue target and ensuring that your Forex cluster and individual FX-officer meet the business delivery commitments. Additionally, you will be required to handhold a Cluster under your direct supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Forex Business including Travel care, Remittance, and Bank Notes - Achieve revenue targets for Branch-Retail and Eco partner channel business - Handle Bulk purchase/sales, small corporate Sales, and onboarding direct sales segments - Educate non-license branches on forex outward remittance and ensure delivery of commitments - Coordinate with the BDE team to drive business and educate on incentive benefits - Build and supervise a Wholesale desk (WS-Desk) to enable branch business - Roll out region-level business drive campaigns, performance reviews, and team building - Coordinate with RM/AM and Zona/HO team to enhance retail forex & outward remittance business - Ensure regulatory compliance and product hygiene at all levels - Conduct branch visits and provide training on Fx business Qualifications: - Strong Analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Experience in the financial industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree At Muthoot FinCorp Limited, we are a leader in the gold loans business with over 3,600 branches serving more than 75,000 customers daily.
