Zonal Business Manager - Forex

Role Overview: As a Zonal Business Manager - Forex at Muthoot FinCorp Limited, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the forex operations in Karnataka. Your primary role includes overseeing the Region FX Revenue target, ensuring business delivery, and handholding a Cluster under your direct supervision. You will also be involved in onboarding direct sales segments, bulk purchases/sales, small corporate sales, and relationship building with bankers for Empanelment from bank FED. Additionally, you will lead region-level business drive campaigns, hire the right resources, and oversee regulatory compliance and product hygiene. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the forex operations within the region - Ensure Region FX Revenue target responsibility - Handhold a Cluster under direct supervision - Oversee Forex Business & revenue responsibility of Branch -Retail & Eco partner channel business - Onboard direct sales segments and build business relationships - Educate branch teams on forex outward remittance - Coordinate with the BDE team for business delivery - Roll out region-level business drive campaigns with R & R - Build and supervise a Wholesale desk (WS-Desk) - Coordinate with RM/AM and Zona/HO team to enhance retail forex & outward remittance business - Ensure regulatory compliance and product hygiene at all levels - Conduct branch visits and impart training on Fx business Qualifications: - Strong Analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Experience in the financial industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description),
