Zonal Business Head - Pune

As the Zonal Business Head for Magicbricks in Pune, you will lead sales operations in your designated region and drive growth strategies to ensure market dominance. Your responsibilities will include acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with Category A and B real estate developers and brokers to achieve ambitious business targets and boost net sales. Your role will also involve unlocking new revenue streams through Magicbricks" wide range of product offerings. You will be expected to devise and implement innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and drive regional expansion. Additionally, you will recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Building and maintaining robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders will be crucial to elevate customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution. Collaboration with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands, staying updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics, and utilizing your extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising to enhance Magicbricks" market presence will be key aspects of your role.
