Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Office Premises Management

Identify suitable locations for setting up new offices or relocating existing branches in the zone.
Coordinate site visits, finalise premises after necessary approvals, and handle lease agreement formalities.
Liaise with landlords, legal team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of lease and related documents.

2. Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance

Coordinate with vendors for civil work, interiors, furniture, electrical, IT, and CCTV setup.
Ensure timely handover and readiness of premises before the go-live date.
Take care of regular upkeep, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of offices in the zone.

3. Administration Support

Handle admin requirements such as stationery, housekeeping, courier, office supplies, etc.
Ensure admin processes are followed as per company policy and provide support to employees when needed.
Maintain asset inventory, ensure AMC renewals, and upkeep of infrastructure.

4. Vendor and Cost Management

Empanel vendors as per company guidelines, ensure competitive pricing, and maintain quality standards.
Process vendor bills on time and monitor costs as per the approved admin budget.
Look for cost-effective solutions without compromising on service quality.

5. Coordination and Reporting

Work closely with ZH and the Corporate Admin team.
Share regular updates, reports, and escalations, if any.
Help implement new admin initiatives across the zone.
