Key Responsibilities:
Assist with configuring and customizing Zoho CRM, Projects, and other Zoho apps.
Help manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Support data imports, exports, and integrations.
Set up automation, workflows, and create reports/dashboards.
Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
Maintain documentation and user guides.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or SaaS applications (Zoho experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
