Job Description

As a Zoho Systems and Integration Specialist at EC-Council, you will play a crucial role in managing the Zoho CRM ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Capturing, summarizing, and documenting business requirements communicated through meetings, calls, or informal communication. - Managing the Zoho CRM ecosystem, including modules, workflows, automation rules, and custom functions. - Developing and supporting Zapier workflows and API-based connections for data synchronization. - Extracting, transforming, and delivering data to the PowerBI team or acting as a backup when connections fail. - Leading the documentation of business processes, data mappings, API endpoints, and system interconnectivity. - Supporting ongoing Salesforce migration, including field mapping, data migration, UAT coordination, and parallel run management. - Proactively identifying risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and workflows, and driving resolution. - Leveraging Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ, Forms, and Flow to manage marketing lifecycle, lead capture, and workflow automation. - Designing and managing Deluge scripts, validation logic, and Zoho Creator apps (if used) for extending CRM functionalities. - Ensuring CRM hygiene through lead import governance, data deduplication, and structured record layouts. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, including custom workflows, automation, and scripting (Deluge). - Demonstrated expertise in integrating Zoho with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier. - Familiarity with marketing and data reporting tools such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, and SalesIQ. - Experience supporting CRM transitions (Zoho to Salesforce), including schema mapping and migration support. - Experience with CRM data governance, lead lifecycle management, and reporting. - Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in high ownership roles. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. - Knowledge of Shopify, e-commerce processes, or web development projects will be an added advantage.,
