As a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in the Zoho One suite, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business solutions using various Zoho applications. Your role will involve automating processes with Deluge scripting and integrating Zoho with third-party tools via REST APIs. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications using Zoho Creator. You will customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, SalesIQ, and other Zoho One Apps. Managing the full software development lifecycle, you will be involved in requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborating with internal teams, you will tailor Zoho applications to meet specific business processes. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with Zoho Support and test new functionality in sandbox environments before production deployment. Ensuring data integrity, security, and consistency across Zoho apps will also be part of your responsibilities. You will build dynamic reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making and implement advanced Deluge scripts, workflows, Blueprints, Schedules, and Command Center automations. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain integrations with external platforms such as Xero via REST APIs, provide training and user support to internal teams, and stay up to date with the latest Zoho features, updates, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field - 2+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One applications - Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and custom function development - Experience with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) for Zoho and third-party integrations - Understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing workflows - Ability to design relational database models within Zoho Creator - Familiarity with webhooks, connections, widgets, and client scripts - Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for UI customizations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities,

Zoho One Implementation: Lead the implementation of Zoho One suite of applications, including assessing business needs, defining requirements, and designing solutions to meet organizational objectives. Configuration and Customization: Customize Zoho applications to align with specific business processes and requirements. Configure modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules to enhance productivity and streamline operations. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Zoho One. Set up user access controls and ensure data security and privacy. Data Management: Manage data within Zoho applications, including data import, export, cleansing, and data quality assurance. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Zoho modules. Integration and Data Exchange: Integrate Zoho One applications with other systems or third-party applications to facilitate seamless data exchange and streamline processes. Implement APIs and webhooks as needed. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including application updates, patches, and system backups. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho One applications. Conduct workshops, create user documentation, and offer assistance to address user queries and issues. Workflow Automation: Develop and implement workflow automations using Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, or other tools to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. Report Generation and Analytics: Create and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Analytics or other reporting tools. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new features and capabilities of Zoho One applications. Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to drive operational excellence. Qualification and Requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Zoho Administrator or in a similar role, with expertise in configuring and administering Zoho One applications. Strong knowledge of Zoho One suite of applications, including CRM, SalesIQ, Desk, Books, Projects, and others. Experience in customizing Zoho applications using customization tools, workflows, and automation features. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration methods for connecting Zoho applications with other systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator, are highly desirable. Knowledge of CRMs and business processes is advantageous.

Education Bachelor Equivalent - Other PG Diploma in Management Work Experience Full Stack Architect - 10 15yrs experience.Architecture patterns: SPA, Microservices and Serverless.Front End technologies:React/Angular/Vue, React Native.Back End technologies: SQL databases, ElasticSearch, Redis and Kafka etc. Backend Developer - 5+ years of professional experience in a Software Engineering/Data Science role. Proficiency into Python, Pandas, NumPy, Sklearn, Django, Django REST, and SQL. Familiarity with PySpark, big data processing and machine learning concepts and their application. Frontend ReactJS - 4-7 years of experience in the development of User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications. 5+ years of experience in agile methodology-based product development, and product release. Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, or Vue. React JS is preferred. QA Testing - Overall 11+ years of quality engineering experience including people management.Hands on experience with functional, non-functional and automation of products. Product Managment - 8-12 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent.
