As a skilled Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in the Zoho One suite, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business solutions using various Zoho applications. Your role will involve automating processes with Deluge scripting and integrating Zoho with third-party tools via REST APIs. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications using Zoho Creator. You will customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, SalesIQ, and other Zoho One Apps. Managing the full software development lifecycle, you will be involved in requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborating with internal teams, you will tailor Zoho applications to meet specific business processes. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with Zoho Support and test new functionality in sandbox environments before production deployment. Ensuring data integrity, security, and consistency across Zoho apps will also be part of your responsibilities. You will build dynamic reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making and implement advanced Deluge scripts, workflows, Blueprints, Schedules, and Command Center automations. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain integrations with external platforms such as Xero via REST APIs, provide training and user support to internal teams, and stay up to date with the latest Zoho features, updates, and best practices. Configure modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules to enhance productivity and streamline operations. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Zoho One. Set up user access controls and ensure data security and privacy. Data Management: Manage data within Zoho applications, including data import, export, cleansing, and data quality assurance. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Zoho modules. Qualification and Requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a Zoho Administrator or in a similar role, with expertise in configuring and administering Zoho One applications. Strong knowledge of Zoho One suite of applications, including CRM, SalesIQ, Desk, Books, Projects, and others. Experience in customizing Zoho applications using customization tools, workflows, and automation features. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration methods for connecting Zoho applications with other systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator, are highly desirable. Knowledge of CRMs and business processes is advantageous.
