Job Description

Position: Senior Zoho Platform Developer

Location: Pondicherry

Experience: 5+ years overall, including 3+ years in Zoho application development

Salary: As per market standards

Mode of Interview: Walkin

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred / up to 30 days


Key Skills (Technical & Non-Technical):

  • Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Recruit, Forms, Campaigns, Analytics, Flow)
  • Deluge scripting & Zoho APIs
  • REST API integration
  • Data migration & automation
  • Fluent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Project coordination & documentation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Quality-focused with strong attention to detail


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and performance optimization of Zoho-based implementations
  • Implement, customize, and automate workflows using Deluge and Zoho APIs
  • Migrate data across platforms into Zoho applications
  • Create tools and scripts to automate business processes
  • Integrate Zoho with external systems
  • Plan development roadmaps and iterations
  • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle and post-deployment support
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to a shared knowledge base
  • Collaborate with global teams using digital communication tools
