Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zoho One Implementation Manager based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Zoho One Implementation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Zoho One implementations, ensuring successful project delivery. Day-to-day tasks will include gathering client requirements, customizing Zoho applications, providing client training, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and innovation in digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Zoho One implementation, customization, and support
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry or digital solutions sector is a plus
• Certifications in Zoho or related technologies are advantageous
