Job Summary: We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to take on the dual role of Accountant cum Company Director . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and compliance while actively participating in strategic leadership and decision-making at the board level. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Oversight: Maintain and manage complete financial records in accordance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, ROC compliance, and all other statutory returns. Ensure timely closure of books, audit coordination, and financial health monitoring. Manage treasury functions, fund flow, and working capital requirements. Directorial Responsibilities: Actively contribute to business strategy, growth planning, and decision-making at the board level. Ensure compliance with Companies Act and all corporate governance guidelines. Represent the company in front of financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies. Sign key legal and financial documents and participate in board and shareholder meetings. Monitor risk, internal controls, and implement financial best practices. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including company law, tax laws, and financial regulations. Coordinate with legal teams and consultants for regulatory issues, audits, or legal matters. Maintain statutory registers, records, and filing requirements as per MCA/ROC norms. Candidate Requirements: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI. Minimum 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or as a company director. Deep understanding of Indian corporate laws, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership ability, preferably in a company director or CFO-equivalent role. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with financial software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems). Preferred Experience: Experience in managing investor relations or M&A is a plus. Exposure to handling multi-entity or international financial operations. Familiarity with startup environments, fundraising, or private equity engagements.
