Job Description

Understand and analyze the business processes and requirements
Provide recommendations on the software solution that best fits the organization's needs.
Configure, customize, and test the software system to meet the organization's requirements
Provide training and support to end-users on the software system
Identify and resolve issues and defects in the software system
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure that the software system is implemented correctly and efficiently
Develop documentation and user manuals for the software system
Assist in the sales process by providing demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Manage and lead projects related to the implementation of the software system
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
