Zoho Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Zoho CRM to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring seamless integration with client processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements to design Zoho CRM solutions.
• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications (primarily Zoho CRM).
• Provide functional consultation and recommend best practices for Zoho usage.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution design and delivery.
• Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Zoho applications.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and workflows.
• Experience in Zoho suite applications (Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹328,825.29 - ₹700,000.00 per year
