Experience: 4+ years Job Type: Full-Time Work week : Sunday to Thursday Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Engineer Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of business applications using the Zoho suite. You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.). Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability. Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, analytics tools). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance. Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for all customizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and reporting. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
