Role Overview:

Sr. IT Engineer Zoho Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).
• Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, analytics tools).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for all customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting.
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
