As a Zoho Developer, you will play a vital role in enhancing client engagement, streamlining workflows, and supporting business development and project planning teams through the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of the CRM system. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management will ensure that the CRM system aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions tailored to business needs. - Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports within the CRM system. - Integrate CRM with third-party tools (e.g., project management systems, ERP, email platforms). - Collaborate with architectural and planning teams to incorporate project workflows into CRM processes. - Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across the system. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Monitor system performance, ensure timely updates, and implement enhancements. - Automate campaigns and lead tracking by working closely with the marketing and sales teams. - Ensure CRM compliance with data protection and security regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a CRM Developer (experience in architectural or construction industry is a plus). - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. - Strong knowledge of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
