As a skilled individual with expertise in Zoho products, you are sought after to fulfill the following roles within the organization: Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to work in various capacities including Zoho Customization Specialist, Zoho Integrator, Application Developer, Support Analyst, Business Analyst, and Data Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Zoho Customization Specialist: - Customize Zoho products like CRM, Creator, Books, and Projects to align with specific business requirements. - Create and adjust workflows, layouts, and fields within Zoho applications. - Zoho Integrator: - Integrate Zoho products with third-party applications through APIs. - Establish and manage seamless data flow between different systems. - Application Developer: - Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator. - Create automation scripts and workflows using Deluge, Zoho's scripting language. - Support Analyst: - Troubleshoot issues within Zoho products and implement necessary fixes. - Provide technical support to end users for smooth system operation. - Business Analyst: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. - Translate business needs into Zoho configurations and customizations for operational efficiency. - Data Manager: - Manage data migration to and from Zoho applications. - Maintain data integrity and security during system updates and changes.
