Zoho Developer (Creator Developer)

Role Overview: You are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in Zoho products to fill various roles within the organization. As a Zoho Customization Specialist, your responsibilities will include customizing Zoho products like CRM, Creator, Books, and Projects to align with specific business requirements. You will be in charge of creating and adjusting workflows, layouts, and fields within these applications. As a Zoho Integrator, your primary focus will be on integrating Zoho products with third-party applications through APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between different systems. As an Application Developer, you will develop custom applications using Zoho Creator and create automation scripts and workflows using Deluge, Zoho's scripting language. As a Support Analyst, your duties will involve troubleshooting issues within Zoho products and providing technical support to end users. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating business needs into Zoho configurations will be essential as a Business Analyst. Lastly, as a Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing data migration to and from Zoho applications while maintaining data integrity and security during system updates. Key Responsibilities: - Customize Zoho products like CRM, Creator, Books, and Projects to meet specific business requirements. - Create and adjust workflows, layouts, and fields within Zoho applications. - Integrate Zoho products with third-party applications through APIs. - Establish and manage seamless data flow between different systems. - Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator. - Create automation scripts and workflows using Deluge. - Troubleshoot issues within Zoho products and implement necessary fixes. - Provide technical support to end users. - Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into Zoho configurations. - Manage data migration to and from Zoho applications. - Maintain data integrity and security during system updates and changes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. - Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, scripting (Deluge), and integration techniques. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in project management or agile methodologies. - Familiarity with other Zoho products such as Zoho Books and Zoho Projects. - Certifications in Zoho CRM or Creator would be beneficial.,
