Zoho Developer and Implementation Specialist

As an experienced Zoho Developer & Implementation Specialist, your primary role will involve designing, customizing, and managing the Zoho One ecosystem for seamless operations within the Tata Dealer network. Key responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end implementation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications, customizing modules, designing layouts, and automating workflows. - Designing and deploying automated email marketing sequences and campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, and creating advanced Zoho Forms with conditional logic. - Writing, testing, and deploying custom functions and cross-app automations using Deluge scripting to meet specific business requirements. - Analyzing, designing, and implementing bespoke dealer workflows aligned with Tata Dealer processes, automating sales pipelines and integrating dealer-specific modules. - Managing user roles, permissions, data security, and API connections within the Zoho One environment to ensure system integrity and security. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, Consultant, or Implementation Specialist. - In-depth expertise with Zoho One suite, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Campaigns. - Proficiency in Deluge scripting is essential. - Hands-on experience with API connections and integrating third-party applications, especially Meta for lead and conversion tracking. - Strong understanding of CRM principles, sales pipeline management, and marketing automation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.,
