Job Title: Accountant (Zoho Books Expert)

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who is proficient in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team with reports and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Zoho Books including invoicing, expenses, bank reconciliation, and reportingRecord day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheetsHandle accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, and other statutory complianceCoordinate with auditors and assist in financial auditsWork closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeepingHands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatoryStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficient in MS Excel and other financial software toolsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsPreferred Skills
