MS - Transition Mumbai/Bangalore Lead and manage the transition of Zscaler security solutions, including planning, executing, and overseeing migrations from legacy systems or other security platforms. Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and Zscaler support to ensure alignment on transition goals and deliverables. Configure Zscaler solutions according to best practices and organizational requirements, including ZIA and ZPA. Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and traffic routing within the Zscaler platform. Ensure integration of Zscaler solutions with existing network and security infrastructures. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Zscaler services during and after the transition process, including connectivity problems, policy misconfigurations, and performance issues. Use diagnostic tools and logs to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with Zscaler support and other IT teams to resolve advanced technical issues and ensure successful resolution. Monitor the performance of Zscaler services, including traffic metrics, security events, and user experience. Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure that Zscaler services meet organizational needs and expectations. Implement best practices for performance monitoring, alerting, and incident management. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of transition processes, configurations, and system changes. Prepare and present regular reports on transition progress, performance metrics, and issue resolutions to management. Document and communicate changes, updates, and best practices related to Zscaler services. Provide support and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Zscaler-related issues and best practices. Develop and deliver training sessions and create user guides to enhance understanding and efficient use of Zscaler solutions. Address user feedback and work to improve their experience with Zscaler services. Support and lead projects related to Zscaler transitions, including system upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts. Ensure that transition projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal impact on operations. 7 years of experience with Zscaler solutions or similar cloud security platforms, including hands-on experience with transitions, migrations, and integrations. Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCA) or equivalent certifications required. Additional certifications in cloud security or network security are beneficial. Proficiency in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) administration and configuration. Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including secure web gateways, zero trust security, and access controls. Experience with network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and performance monitoring systems. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
