8+ years total experience, with at least 6 years in Zabbix-focused L3 support/admin role.
Advanced knowledge of Zabbix 5.x or later, including distributed and proxy-based architecture. Experience with SNMP, IPMI, JMX, and HTTP agent monitoring.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills*with **MySQL or PostgreSQL**.
Ability to write SELECT queries, perform data cleanup, backups, and manage indexing/housekeeping.
Shell scripting (bash), Python, or Ansible for automation and integrations.
Strong in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) system administration.
Experience with AWS/Azure cloud monitoring and network device monitoring via SNMP.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms via API or script-based integration.
