Key Responsibilities

1. Scriptwriting (English – Entertainment & Comedy)

Write polished, engaging, and humorous scripts for YouTube videos.

Build strong hooks, smooth narrative flow, and high-retention storytelling.

Craft witty lines, comedic timing, punchlines, and light entertainment elements.

Write scripts across multiple formats:

Comedy & infotainment

Commentary & reaction videos

Tech explainers (entertaining tone)

Listicles & storytelling-style content

Educational content with a humorous twist

Maintain clarity, pacing, and tone suitable for an international audience.

2. Research & Content Strategy

Research topics deeply and convert complex ideas into simple, entertaining narratives.

Add creative humor, pop-culture references, and relatable examples.

Prepare structured outlines, talking points, and reference notes.

Ensure all content is factual, credible, and aligned with brand tone.

3. Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative leads to align scripting with video flow.

Suggest visual cues, jokes, transitions, and supporting elements for editing.

Revise scripts based on feedback and deliver high-quality output consistently.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years

professional English scripts

Strong command of English writing, humor, storytelling, and content structuring.

Ability to write long-form (8–20 min) and short-form scripts with equal proficiency.

Deep understanding of YouTube audience behavior, retention techniques, pacing, and trending entertainment formats.

Strong research ability + capability to simplify topics creatively.

Understanding of what works for US/UK/global audiences.

What You Have Been Doing (Experience Indicators)

Writing English scripts for entertainment/comedy-based YouTube creators.

Creating story-driven, humorous, or commentary-style scripts regularly.

Developing episode ideas, narrative arcs, and creative story flow.

Working with editing teams to match humor, pacing, and visuals.

Using viewer feedback and analytics to improve script direction.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

Experience with entertainment or comedy-focused YouTube channels.

Ability to repurpose scripts into Shorts, blogs, or social content.

Understanding of YouTube SEO keyword placement in scripts.

Experience writing in a conversational, witty, or character-driven tone.

Monday to Saturday(10:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M)
