Job Description

As a part of this position, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred working location from the following options: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Gurugram, Haryana, India. Minimum Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Have at least 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting incident response management, risk mitigation, or customer support. - Demonstrate experience in escalation management, executive communications, incident commanding, and making time-critical decisions with incomplete information. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to effectively communicate investigative findings and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and internal and external clients. - Capable of advocating for creator solutions that safeguard the YouTube ecosystem and its employees. - Proficient in acting as a working incident manager in on-call rotations, over weekends, and adapting to rapidly changing priorities in the YouTube ecosystem. - Fluency in English to support client relationship management in this region. - Skilled in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment through effective prioritization and time management. - Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities. Develop personalized communication strategies via email, social platforms, and phone to mitigate security and brand risks to YouTube. - Act as a consultant to various cross-functional stakeholders on product/policy changes, facilitating difficult conversations when necessary. - Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader operational efforts. - Identify and address workflow gaps to enhance creator escalations, ensuring timely de-escalation. - Fulfill the role of an Incident Manager during select weekends to handle sensitive escalations that require immediate attention and support.,
