While digital channels have emerged as the go-to channel for the industry, transaction-only platforms are challenged to increase penetration in these markets. The advisor app launched by ZFunds in 2020 provides access to right savings and investment products to consumers PAN India. The company has over 10,000 micro entrepreneurs advising 60,000+ customers in 600 cities and towns and AUM of ₹1000 cr. In December 2024, ZFunds secured ₹25 crore in seed funding from Elevation Capital and PB Fintech's CEO, Yashish Dahiya, to further enhance its technological infrastructure and expand its distribution network.

Responsibilities:

1. Channel Ownership & Strategy

• Define and maintain an effective content calendar and posting schedule for mutual fund education and awareness.

• Stay updated with the mutual fund market – regulatory updates, schemes, industry events, and investor trends.

• Keep abreast of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for investor engagement.

• Use platform insights and analytics to refine the channel’s creative and distribution strategy.

2. Content Ideation & Execution

• Collaborate with the in-house content/marketing team to brainstorm impactful, relevant content ideas tailored for different audience segments.

• Provide clear creative direction for presentations, videos, infographics, captions, and titles.

• Ensure all content is compliant, accurate, and optimized for maximum reach and investor understanding.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry — with strong knowledge of products, market trends, and investor needs.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Financial service channels.

• Strong understanding of content formats that drive investor engagement and learning.

• Familiarity with analytics tools, audience development strategies, and digital distribution.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail — knows what makes a great investor education piece and compelling call-to-action.
