YouTube Creative Producer We’re seeking a passionate Creative Producer with a deep understanding of YouTube management and video storytelling. If you love crafting visually compelling narratives, know your way around a camera, and can manage the chaos of a bustling studio, this role is for you! From conceptualizing brand stories to producing long-form YouTube podcasts and viral videos , you’ll take charge of our video content, ensuring it captivates and engages. What will you be doing? End-to-End Production: Lead creative production for everything—from product and brand videos to YouTube podcasts , Food/Recipe videos, and more. Craft scripts for long-form YouTube content like podcasts and category features. YouTube Management: Strategize, create, and optimize videos tailored to YouTube’s algorithm and audience preferences. Monitor analytics to refine and enhance video performance. Video Production: Direct video shoots, managing lighting, sound, and visuals to perfection. Studio Management: Keep the studio organized and operational, ensuring all equipment and sets are ready for action. Post-Production Excellence: Oversee editing, feedback, and delivery of high-quality content optimized for social platforms, mainly Youtube Creative Collaboration: Partner with inhouse and external teams to deliver desired output and growth. What we're looking for? 4-7 years of Creative Production experience , with a strong focus on social media and YouTube platform management . Expertise in camera operations, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows. Understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, trends, and formats. Strong scriptwriting skills for long-form YouTube content. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
