Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finished Goods Store Incharge to oversee and manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished pharmaceutical and retail products. The role demands strong knowledge of GMP compliance, inventory management, and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth and compliant store operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Store Management Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of finished goods as per SOPs. Ensure proper batch-wise segregation, FEFO/FIFO system, and traceability. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory management systems. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation and coordinate with finance. Monitor temperature & humidity conditions in storage areas to maintain product quality. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines in all store operations. Maintain proper documentation including stock registers, dispatch records, batch release documents, and gate passes. Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring documentation accuracy. Dispatch & Logistics Plan and execute timely dispatches to distributors, retail outlets, export clients, and e-commerce channels. Coordinate with QA, production, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations. Ensure packing, labeling, and documentation (invoices, e-way bills, export documents) are completed before shipment. Monitor transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery. Team Management Lead and supervise store assistants, forklift operators, and dispatch staff. Train team members on GMP practices, handling of pharma goods, and safety protocols. Foster discipline, accountability, and accuracy in day-to-day operations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or Logistics (preferred B.Pharma / B.Sc). 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical / FMCG / retail manufacturing stores. Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP, inventory control systems, and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.). Familiarity with export documentation and compliance (for international shipments). Good communication, people management, and coordination skills. Ability to manage large-scale dispatch operations.
