We are launching a purpose-driven YouTube channel focused on organic living, herbal awareness, and clean wellness education. Our mission is to spread factual, engaging, and SEO-rich content that helps people make informed lifestyle choices.

We're looking for a creative, disciplined, and passionate video creator who can help us go from zero to viral — and beyond.

🎯 Role Overview:

You will be the backbone of this channel — creating compelling videos, shorts, and reels, growing our audience through SEO optimization, and eventually managing affiliate content and monetization.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Video Creation & Editing (Main Priority – 20 videos/month)

Research trending and relevant topics in organic, herbal, and clean wellness

Write engaging, SEO-optimized scripts based on content ideas or provided outlines

Use AI tools (e.g., Pictory, Canva, CapCut) to create YouTube videos & Shorts

Add captions, transitions, music, and visual elements

Design click-worthy thumbnails

Schedule and upload videos with optimized titles, tags, and descriptions

🔹 SEO & Growth

Perform YouTube keyword research using tools like VidIQ or TubeBuddy

Optimize video content for visibility and engagement

Use best practices to improve watch time, CTR, and retention

Track performance and suggest improvements monthly

🔹 Affiliate & Monetization (After Month 3–4)

Research ethical, organic, and health-related affiliate programs (Amazon, iHerb, etc.)

Create content that subtly integrates product reviews, top picks, and comparisons

Manage affiliate links, disclaimers, and earnings tracking

🔹 Repurposing & Distribution

Convert long videos into shorts/reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

Help plan simple lead magnets (e.g., free eBook, checklist)

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience creating YouTube videos or running a channel (portfolio required)

Strong skills in using AI tools.

SEO knowledge for YouTube (keywords, tags, thumbnails, etc.)

Strong English writing and scriptwriting skills

Passion for health, wellness, sustainability, or organic lifestyle is a huge plus

Self-driven, reliable, and creative thinker

Ability to handle full content production pipeline independently

Experience with affiliate marketing or YouTube monetization

Email marketing basics (MailerLite, ConvertKit)

Voiceover skills (or working with AI voice tools)

Graphic design for thumbnails
